Feliz
Navidad!
This week was full of activities
as you can see with all of the photos! Thank you so much for all the birthday
wishes and I’m pretty sure I will have a great birthday. This week was full of
miracles and they just keep on coming. Caroling this week with the ward choir
was a miracle because we found a family that needed to hear a special
song, just the song we sang, their
daughter passed away and she always sang that song to them. They are all now
investigators. We found 14 new people to teach this week and had a baptism on
Saturday. It was the most beautiful thing ever. There are always people
prepared to be baptized and start their life in the church we just have to
invite them and open our mouths. I love you all and hope you have a merry
Christmas!
Challenge: Look for an
opportunity to serve someone new and forget yourself.
love,
Hermana Davis
P.S. I’m turning 20 this
week. Holy cow! Haha.
8 people baptized
Saturday! The elders baptized 4 people, a women and the 3 little kids. That
actually Hna ochoa and I found in the street one day, and what do you know, they’re
baptized now! And we had a baptism of Nahuel. The guy that’s next to us in the
picture. It was the most beautiful baptism ever. And the elders from Villegas,
another ward that we share the building with baptized 3 chicos. Jaja. So
great.
Caroling this week with the ward choir!
Our Zone did a service
project for our area. Helping people clean their houses and clean up their
lawns. Its was so awesome. We found 9 new people to teach with this awesome
activity. We all have the shirts from the church, "The Mormon helping
hands". I think that's what its called. Haha.
Ward Christmas Party!
Camp out on the porch
because we finally had a cool night.
Eating popcorn with honey
and a strawberry spinach smoothie. I love my Capacitadora!
Asado with the District!
Its called a Pancho,
not a Hot dog because it’s like a foot long! Haha.
